Abstract

Based on lessons learned from BOEM’s initial COP reviews, BOEM is more clearly and specifically identifying the information the agency needs from an applicant prior to the issuance of a Notice of Intent. BOEM is formalizing this change in policy by releasing detailed draft guidance on this subject for public comment. The guidance will be finalized in Q1 of CY 2023.
