Abstract

The Department of Transportation proposes to implement provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that expand or modify the authorities applicable to the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing and Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act programs, and make other necessary updates, by amending the RRIF program and TIFIA program regulations. DOT solicits written comments on this rulemaking.
