Abstract

This action proposes amendments to the national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for aerospace manufacturing and rework facilities to address the risk, developments in practices, processes and control technologies and includes new monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting requirements, new requirements related to emissions during periods of startup, shutdown and malfunction, and technical corrections and clarifications to improve consistency and clarity.
