Abstract

This action is being conducted in order to respond to a CAA section 176A petition filed on December 9, 2013 by a number of northeastern states. The petition request EPA add Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia to the current Ozone Transport Region that was established under CAA section 184.
