Abstract

This action proposes to amend the new source performance standards (NSPS) for new residential wood stoves, new residential hydronic heaters and new forced-air furnaces by allowing retailers additional time after the effective date of the step 2 standards to sell the step 1 compliant wood heaters that they have in inventory.
