Abstract

EPA is planning to submit an information collection request to OMB for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501, et seq. ) In the course of administrating environmental protection statutes, EPA collects data from “business” that may contain confidential business information (CBI). This collection allows EPA to determine the validity of the claims for CBI treatment.
