Abstract

Plaintiffs filed petitions for review of EPA’s final rule approving in part and disapproving in part the 2005 Imperial County Air Pollution Control District Rules 800 through 806 (known as “Regulation VIII”), a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of California to EPA in 2006, which intended to limit emissions of PM10 within Imperial County, 75 Fed. Reg. 39,366 (July 8, 2010). The proposed settlement agreement establishes deadlines for EPA to take action.
