Abstract
This action is a proposed rule to exempt certain plant-incorporated protectants from the requirements of registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and establishing a tolerance or tolerance exemption under the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
