Abstract

Wagner Regulatory Associates, Inc., as agent for AgriMetis LLC has submitted an application package for registering new technical and new end use products containing new active ingredient L-Glufosinate (enriched L-isomer of the registered active ingredient Glufosinate Ammonium). This action was later transferred to BASF Corporation. EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0533 is a related docket to EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0250 and, for ease of commenting, the proposed decision and all the supporting documents related to glufosinate-P will be uploaded to EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0250. All public comments related to glufosinate-P will be posted on docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0250
