Abstract

This docket contains materials related to specific information collection activities and provides for public comment pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and procedures prescribed in 5 CFR 1320.12. This is a new ICR that will amend an existing ICR that is currently approved under OMB Control No. 2070-0176 (EPA ICR No. 2249) and which covers the first list of chemicals. The ICR, which is abstracted in the FR documents, describes the nature of the information collection activity and its expected burden and costs.
