Abstract
EPA is proposing to amend the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products final rule published December 12, 2016 by removing the provision at 40 CFR 770.45(f) which prohibits composite wood products and finished goods made entirely of composite wood products manufactured prior to the December 12, 2017 compliance date from being labeled as Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Title VI
