Abstract

EPA is planning to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The ICR, entitled: ‘Toxic Chemical Release Reporting’ and identified by EPA ICR No. 2613.02 and 2613.04,OMB Control No. 2070-0212, represents a renewal of an existing ICR that is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2020.
