Abstract

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting information and requesting comments to assist in the potential development of regulations for the use of lead wheel weights. To inform this consideration, EPA is requesting comment and information from all stakeholders on the use and exposure from the manufacture, processing, and distribution in commerce of lead wheel weights, and their substitutes, to help determine if there is unreasonable risk to human health and the environment.
