North Dakota State’s UIC program revision package includes a description of the State UIC program, copies of all applicable rules and forms, a statement of legal authority, a Memorandum of Agreement between the State of North Dakota and the Region 8 office of the Environmental Protection Agency, and Memorandums of Understanding between the North Dakota Department of Health and the North Dakota Industrial Commission.
