Abstract

This docket will provide notification and access to environmental review documents and findings that have been prepared for the WIFIA program pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (42 U.S. Code [U.S.C.] Section [§] 4321 et seq.), the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] Parts 1500-1508), and the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) NEPA regulations (40 CFR Part 6).
