Abstract

This supplemental proposal explains how the June 21, 2010 proposed rule under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and proposed regulations under the Clean Water Act relate to each other, and to describe, consistent with the directive in RCRA 1006(b) and Executive Order 13563, how the proposed CWA requirements affects the Agency’s current thinking with respect to the development of a final RCRA CCR rule.
