Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Georgia on May 11, 2023, for the purpose of revising several obsolete rules related to Non-attainment Area New Source Review (NAANSR) in the Georgia SIP. EPA is proposing to approve these revisions pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act).
