Abstract

This docket contains information concerning authorizations under the Federal Clean Air Act relating to construction and operation of a New Source Review Permit Under Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 116 , Control of Air Pollution by Permits for New Construction or Modification and the Title V Federal Operating Permit program in Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 71, ( Permit Number R6T5NSR-DWP-GA9), These authorizations are required for the development and operation of a crude oil export Deepwater Port to be located approximately 26.6 nautical miles off of Brazoria County, Texas in the Gulf of America proposed by Texas Gulflink, LLC.
