Abstract

Part 77 Notice Requirements. Adds specific requirements for proponents who wish to construct METs at a height of 50 feet above ground level (AGL) up to 200 feet AGL, to file notice of construction with the FAA. Also requires sponsors of wind turbines to provide certain specific data when filing notice of construction with the FAA.
