Abstract

Virginia Electric and Power Company, D.B.A. Dominion Virginia Power requested modification of an incidental take permit, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act for activities associated with the otherwise lawful continued operation and maintenance of the Dominion Chesterfield Power Station in Chesterfield, VA. Dominion Virginia Power is requesting that they be authorized for the incidental take of eggs belonging to Atlantic sturgeon (Acipenser oxyrinchus oxyrinchus) from the Chesapeake Bay Distinct Population Segment that is listed as endangered.
