Abstract

OCC, FRB, FDIC, NCUA, FCA, and OTS are jointly issuing an NPR that implements the S.A.F.E. Act's registration requirements for mortgage loan originators with respect to employees of depository institutions, employees of certain subsidiaries that are owned and controlled by a depository institution and regulated by a Federal banking agency, and employees of institutions regulated by FCA.
