Abstract

Subject: Receipt of Application for Inconsistency Ruling Abstract: Associated Universities, Incorporated (AUI) has applied for an administrative ruling on whether Section 175.111 of the New York City Health Code, which restricts the transportation of radioactive materials in and through the City of New York, is inconsistent with and thus preempted by the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act or regulations issued thereunder. Public comment is solicited.
