Abstract

We will publish new rules in the FR shortly revising the criteria in sections 14.00 and 114.00 of the Listings of Impairments (the listings) in appendix 1 to subpart P of part 404 of our regulations, the sections that we use to evaluate claims involving immune system disorders. In those rules, we indicated that we would issue an ANPRM inviting public comments on how we might update and revise listings 14.08 and 114.08, our listings for HIV infection.
