The Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC) respectfully offers the attached comments for consideration by the United States government in the matter of agricultural inspection and AQI fees along the Canada-US border. ATAC looks forward to a substantive and data-driven reconsideration of this proposal, on the basis outlined in our brief and commit ourselevs to enaging with the appropriate agencies of the United States government that may wish to pursue this matter further.
