The Air Transport Association of Canada respectfully offers its submission, to request that Canadian air crew members and transitting aliens of Canadian citizenship be exempted from this proposal. It is our view that this proposal ignores the numerous security procedures already in place for these categories of travelers, thereby delivering negligible additional security through the extension of the VISIT program onto these individuals. A complete explanation of our rationale is contained in the attached document. We very much appreicate the opportunity to provide comments and are available to provide further informtaion or clarification, as may be requested. Comment on FR Doc # E6-11993
