Foreign airlines serving the United States collect passenger facility charges for a number of airports they do not serve. Often only a few PFC's are collected in a given month for a given airport. IATA is urging the FAA to amend Section 158.51 to allow quarterly remittances where the amount collected in any one month does not exceed $300.00.
