To Whom It May Concern; I am a pilot that has been considering purchase property adjacent to an airfield so that I may continue to enjoy the honor of holding a private pilot's license. The AOPA represents my same feelings on the matter of the new ruling of through-the-fence agreements, and I ask that you open a comment period to hear the concerns of the AOPA and other pilots as well.
