The Alliance for Automotive Innovation (Auto Innovators) provides the following supplemental comments in response to the June 13, 2023 Federal Register Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to adopt a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) to require automatic emergency braking (AEB), including pedestrian AEB (PAEB), systems on light vehicles.
