EPA is requesting comment on applications from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles LLC (“FCA”), Ford Motor Company (Ford) and General Motors Corporation (GM) for off-cycle carbon dioxide (CO2) credits under EPA’s light-duty vehicle greenhouse gas emissions standards.
