Abstract

EPA is requesting comment on applications from BMW Group, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, and Volkswagen Group of America for off-cycle carbon dioxide (CO2) credits under EPA’s light-duty vehicle greenhouse gas emissions standards.
