On behalf of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a non-profit professional organization of 66,000 primary care pediatricians, pediatric medical sub-specialists, and pediatric surgical specialists dedicated to the health of all children, we appreciate the opportunity to provide input on streamlining the 2016 final rule to update the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System. We oppose the proposed delay of the 2016 final rule and we strongly encourage the implementation of the 2016 final rule with no further changes. See attached file
