On behalf of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the attached letter expresses our opposition to the U.S. Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) entitled "Designated Placements Requirements Under Titles IV-E and IV-B for LQBTQI+ Children; Recission." (HHS/ACF RIN 0970-AD19) and urges withdrawal of this NPRM.
