The attached submission from the American Academy of Pediatrics urges CPSC to expeditiously adopt a Final Rule that bans crib bumpers and regulates non-padded mesh crib liners in a manner consistent with the letter and spirit of the Safe Sleep for Babies Act (SSBA).
