Abstract
This is a docket containing the rule for chlorpyrifos pesticide tolerance actions. EPA is taking this action in response to a November 2, 2024 Eighth Circuit decision, vacating EPA’s August 30, 2021 tolerance revocation for chlorpyrifos.
