Abstract
EPA is reviewing and evaluating elements of the Lead-Based Paint Hazards, Disclosure of Known Lead-Based Paint and/or Lead-Based Paint Hazards Upon Sale or Lease of Residential Property, and the Lead-based Paint Activities regulations. Specifically, EPA is reviewing the dust-Lead hazard standards, and the definition of lead-based paint.
