The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) submits the attached letter to offer input on the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed rule "National Primary Drinking Water Regulation for Perchlorate" (docket number: EPA-HQ-OW-2024-0592) and express our concern that this proposed rule is insufficient to protect child health.
