Abstract

We are soliciting public input about how we might improve our consideration of pain in disability claims under titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act (Act). Specifically, we are requesting public comments, along with any supporting data, to ensure that our disability program remains aligned with contemporary medicine and health care delivery practices.
