See attached file(s) Thank you for providing the American Chemistry Council (ACC) the opportunity to provide comments in response to the recently issued Interim Guidance Document on Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Sequestration (CCUS). As discussed herein, we urge CEQ to heed Congress' directive to implement permitting policies and processes that promote environmental health and safety protections while maintaining a process that is completed in an expeditious manner.
