The American Chemistry Council (ACC) appreciates the opportunity to submit comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's proposed technical amendments to its Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units (CISWI). ACC supports the revisions and clarifications provided in this proposal and encourages the Agency to finalize them as proposed. ACC also supports the separate comments on this proposal submitted by the Eastman Chemical Company.
