The American Chemistry Council appreciates the opportunity to submit comments on the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) on Emissions Factors Program Improvements. 74 Fed. Reg. 52723 (October 14, 2009).

Abstract

The docket contains information pertinent to the rulemaking to require electronic reporting of certain emissions reports in the NSPS. These reports include summary and excess emissions reports, performance evaluation reports, performance test reports, and other subpart specific reports similar to these reports.
