The American Chemistry Council (ACC) appreciates the opportunity to submit comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA or the Agency) proposed amendments to the "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations (OSWRO)." ACC strongly supports EPA's proposed removal of additional certain monitoring requirements for PRDs on containers promulgated as part of that resulted from the 2015 OSWRO NESHAP amendments.
