ACC appreciates the opportunity to provide comments in response to EPA's RFI on implementation of Section 60111 of the Inflation Reduction Act, which appropriated up to $5,000,000 to EPA to "support enhance standardization and transparency of corporate climate action commitments and plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, enhance transparency regarding progress toward meeting such commitments and implementing such plans, and progress toward meeting such commitments and implementing such plans." ACC and its members believe that such support could provide valuable technical assistance to companies in carrying out their voluntary sustainability activities and appreciate the opportunity to provide comment.
