Statement of Judah Prero, Assistant General Counsel for the American Chemistry Council

Abstract

In response to Executive Order 13990, EPA is hosting virtual public listening sessions and seeks comments on the adequacy of revisions to the EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) regulation completed since 2017; incorporating consideration of climate change risks and impacts into the regulations; and expanding the application of environmental justice. EPA may draw on the information received to inform a future proposed rule.
