The American Chemistry Council is pleased to have this opportunity to submit comments on the Supporting Statement for an Information Collection Request (ICR) for Tier 1 screening under the Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program. Please find attached a letter from ACC and a report that analyzes the ICR.
This is a new information collection request (ICR) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), 44 USC 3501 et seq., covering the information collection activities associated with Tier 1 screening of the first group of chemicals under the Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program (EDSP).
