The American Chemistry Council Diisocyanates Panel is pleased to have the opportunity to submit comments to the Environmental Protection Agency on the Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) And Related Compounds Action Plan. Our comments include 1) a cover letter that summarize our general comments in bullet point format and , 2) an attachment providing a more detailed line-by-line critique of the Action Plan document.
