On behalf of the American Chemistry Council's North American Flame Retardant Alliance (NAFRA), please find attached a request for an extension of time to comment on the Work Plan Chemical Problem Formulation and Initial Assessment and Data Needs Assessment Documents for Flame Retardant Clusters (the Work Plan documents outlined in EPA-HQ-OPPT-2015-0068, EPA-HQ-OPPT-2014-0730 and EPA-HQ-OPPT-2015-0081). We respectfully ask that the Agency extend the time for comment to ensure that NAFRA, downstream users and other interested parties are able to provide the EPA with the data and analysis necessary to inform these documents. Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions or if we can provide more information regarding this request. Robert J.
