Abstract

As required under section 6(h) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), EPA is proposing a rule under section 6(a) to address risks from and reduce exposures to the extent practicable to the five persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) chemicals that fit the criteria outlined in section 6(h).
