The American Chemistry Council (ACC) appreciates the opportunity to submit supplementary comments to the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) and the Environmental Protection Agency regarding the agency's Draft Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Screening Level Approach for Assessing Ambient Air and Water Exposures to Fenceline Communities, Version 1.0 (Fenceline Approach). ACC provided initial comments in advance of the recent SACC meeting and oral comments during the meeting.
