The American Chemistry Council (ACC), the ACC Plastics Division, and their collective members appreciate the opportunity to provide input during EPA's implementation of sections 60112, 60116, 60503 and 60506 of the Inflation Reduction Act through this RFI. This proceeding is critical to ACC and our members due to its potential to shape and influence markets for GHG emissions reducing construction products and its potential precedential impact on future product and material preference programs.
