The Nanotechnology Panel of the American Chemistry Council submits these comments on the United States Environmental Protection Agency?s December 21, 2005, Federal Register notice announcing the availability of and seeking comment on the Nanotechnology White Paper External Review Draft which was prepared by the Nanotechnology Workgroup of EPA?s Science Policy Council. (70 Fed. Reg. 75812). The Panel consists of companies that are engaged in the manufacture, distribution, and/or use of chemicals and have a business interest in the products of nanotechnology.
